The list of unclaimed/inoperative accounts for 10 years and above is provided for the information of general public. For claiming the balances in the account customers are requested to contact the concerned branch along with the duly signed claim form and KYC documents including identity proof and address proof. Customers may also contact the Regional Office for further guidance on the matter wherever necessary. Please note that the documents should match the details available with the Bank record. In case of any change of address from the address recorded in the bank, the customer is required to establish through documents the new address as well as old address.
